Tootsie & Webster Have Forever Homes
.. The trials of rescuing are always difficult.. however there are times when you get to see the Universe in action.. Tootsie went into foster after her spay and the family loved her from the get go.. I mean look at her.. 
.. Then Webster was seen at the dog park while his foster was taking him on a social outing.. again a very handsome basset stole a heart
